It’s a man in drag- Always go by the hands and feet- men ususlly have nicer legs then women. Trust me, I have experience as a lifetime faghag/make-up artist!

It is Leslie? I thought so. He also ran for mayor of Austin every year. Isn’t he dead now? People like him help keep Austin weird.
Has anyone else noticed the bald spot?
It IS Leslie! He’s a super-nice person, believe it or not. Definitely some mental health issues, but he’s harmless and a much-loved fixture of the Austin scene. <3
I’m not convinced this is Leslie – I think it’s Vivian Lynndie, a transvestite from South London. He’s about 6’2 without his heels and rides a bicycle with just tiny miniskirts.
